Every year, the San Antonio Business Journal honors employers in the San Antonio area who are committed to creating engaging, positive work environments. So we’re thrilled to announce that Champion Home Services was named by the paper as one of the Best Places to Work in the medium employer category for 2020!
Being part of this award has been one of owner Ben Hubbert’s goals for the business since opening in 2007.
“We couldn’t be more honored to be named as one of the Best Places to Work,” Hubbert said. “I am beyond proud to work alongside some of the best people in San Antonio, and I can’t even begin to tell you just how much this means to me personally. I’m humbled and overjoyed.”
Employers must have at least 10 full-time employees to nominate themselves for the Best Place to Work award, and you need 50-99 employees to meet the medium employer category requirements. The finalists were chosen by the Business Journal after an independent analysis was conducted by Quantum Workplace. Quantum surveys the employees of each company, and employers are given a score based on the results.
Hubbert, co-owner Chris Stokes and the entire Champion Home Services team have worked hard to build a strong culture for their employees, fostering respect, productivity and success. We hope it shows in the work we do for you – our customers.
“Ben and I always mention how much this award would mean to us if we ever got it,” Stokes said. “To do it as a medium-sized company just goes to show everyone how much each Champion employee cares for each other. Out of all our accomplishments, this one means the most.”
